Responsibilities

Requirements

The ability to interact with clients, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. College level written, comprehension, verbal communication, decision making ability, and attention to detail are required.

Our CPA firm’s concentration is primarily in tax and dealing with complex tax and financial issues for corporations as well as individuals. We do train on software applications and office procedures but we prefer students with prior office experience. Accounting GPA requirement: 3.3 or higher.

Pay Negotiable depending on experience

Hours: at least 3 days a week (6-8 hours per day)

Under close supervision, the student will be assigned job tasks and projects that support the accounting department’s activities in purchase card transactions, customer billing, pre-lien reporting and other general accounting projects as assigned.
