Graduating SAS Members & Past Officers
Congratulations on reaching your final semester! Please fill out this form if you are graduating this Spring 2026 or Summer 2026.
Cords are typically provided to members who have reached active membership status during their last semester or who have previously served as an officer.
If you’re unsure about your eligibility, please fill out the form anyway, each submission will be reviewed individually, and you will receive a confirmation email once your form is processed. You’ll be notified if you meet eligibility for a cord.
Cords and stoles will be distributed during the inductions and elections on April 16th. This form will close April 1st.
